It should be named "One CHANGING Rulebook instead of 50 CHANGING Rulebooks". Ultimately with AI's prevalence in the modern economy, there's going to be extremely regular winds of political change. Is it better for that to happen 50x or 1x every 4 years. Is everyone sure they'd like to give up state-level control every 4 years where state-level political winds change less frequently?
