AI doesn't take images from any dataset since you can download the very same models and run them on your PC. The 5 billion images simply cannot fit the 4GB or so models because there's not enough space for billions of pictures. One image-text pair is around 30KB while a 4GB model can only fit a 2-byte pair which is barely enough for 2 text characters.
