By these definitions all Artists stole from someone else at one point in time. How else do you learn? Some people are probably artists from scratch but everyone takes inspiration from somewhere.
AI art is original art based on the culmination of existing art knowledge and technique. Some say it's bad , but its better than what most people can do by default.
