We should ban deepfakes. It should not be accessible to the public at least. I think we have a lot of crimes happening at the moment unsolved due to technological advancement, and deepfakes when biased to favor a certain group already puts us at a disadvantage. Just get rid of them. I also doubt that people making deepfakes would kindly take to videos being made of them.
