He's rasing the alarm because people in leadership roles will be very interested in swapping staff for AI. Those are the people they're really going for. It's a major positive for businesses. It will move society forward in incredible ways. Noone cried when the lightbulb maker put the candle maker out of business. I'm excited for the future.
