Really interesting video, but most of data is all about what employees feel, their preferences. All sounds to me have plenty of demands, unhappiness to be at work. Commute can waste a lot of time, that is true, but we try to live close to work not 2 hours away each way. I think the worst is, work ethics around the office, it adds no value being physically there when you can work very well on zoom or Teams. Also, AI will take over, because workers just demanding more and more, while AI can do 10 times as fast and more accurate, 24/7. The more workers go on strike, AI becomes a very obvious alternatives. My only question is, what are all these people going to do when their requests come true?? Any job can be work from home, can be done by AI.
