AI is not copyright infringement. It is fair use. You are not in the market for AI image generation. You are in the market for images.
That is like if a paint company would claim copyright on all the art produced with that paint. Just, that now they are using art to make an art supply, not the other way arround.
Also, even the art produced is usually reasonably transformative.
I understand being against AI for climate or harrasment reasons, but it is not copyright infringement and if it were, i would argue copyright would be to restrictive.
