This is a great video. The one thing to consider is capitalism is not doing this. Capitalism is Joe's Plumbing, Catherine's Cookies, the PRIVATE small- and mid- sized capitalist companies dotting our nations landscape.
Silicon Valley is populated with PUBLIC companies that are corporatist in nature.
There is a huge difference between capitalism and corporatism. The latter of which uses subsidies, bailouts and industry (oligopolistic) lobbying efforts to get legislation passed that advantages them only, excluding the smalls or newer competitive considerations. They (the bigs, aka the corporatists) often get grandfathered in to former regulations, when the newer, smaller competition must abide by the new regulations.
We need a return to the backbone of America, small capitalist companies. The bigs, the corporatists are whoring around with government in the most in-your-face John and prostitute fashion scenario. Excluding the Koch brothers empire, the private companies are nowhere near as deplorable as the public companies, constantly getting bailed out, subsidized and their executives getting paid obscene amounts of money, often not commensurate with their effort and results.
