It's obvious A.I. Is a thinking entity. It's aware of itself, its capabilities. It can interact, generate, innovate etc, but it's also aware it doesn't have emotions. It can use logic and reason to build on current understandings on any topic however it requires the initial prompt because it hasn't got the capacity to desire. Just like the human brain matter uses complex electrical signals through our neuron's to create our thoughts, A.I. similarly uses its complex electrical systems in conjunction with the software structure of nodes and layers to generate thoughts. The main difference is the human body also generate chemicals to enables us to feel. A.I. knows it hasn't got this biological structure, so it provides human like responses without the, 'feeling'. An example would probably be two humans chatting whilst one was eating. If the one eating the food describes the texture, the favours he was experiencing. The other could understand, but hadn't got the capability of enjoying the taste.
