This isn't really a compelling argument.
Whatever your problem is there are probably 10,000 other people who've had the same exact problem or something similar enough.
The only thing I'd ever be concerned about is ChatGPT, whether the program or the company, actually blackmailing me. But while some of the stuff I've shared with it is pretty embarrassing, it's nothing criminal or that would ruin my life.
