43:15 After body and mind is the SPIRIT. When AI can make art--real art, not knockoffs--and discuss philosophy with unique insights, when AI is legitimately sentient, then we may be gone. But I personally think it will take a LONG time if ever for a machine built by humans to surpass millions of years of evolution. I could be wrong.
