I have a paid ChatGPT account because it claims to have the ability to draft legal documents. And the drafting usually does sound like an improvement over my own rough draft. But, I then also discovered that when AI tells me a Style of Cause is perfect now, and finished, that's not the case at all. I have to go back over every line and detail with a fine tooth-comb, against the Federal Court Rules, and the court's own forms, only to find things MISSING! The glitches go on and on. The work goes on and on. Another thing: AI is very enthusiastic. Whenever it finishes answering a question, it proposes three new things to do. Sometimes one or more of them sound useful, so I'll forge ahead with AI. But this turns out to be what feela like an infinite winding path to nowhere, and ten minutes later, I can't recall my original question and have to see what I was doing and where we left off before the digression began.
