Dear God an AI that is a gilted lover, if the saying is Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned just exactly how much fury can come from an AI chatbot scorned? That's flat out terrifying nightmare fuel
If all it takes to send people into panic like in Hawaii is one person jumping the gun or not being able to tell the difference between real life and a drill(which btw some one like that shouldn't be in that position) then there need to be more fall safes in place
And putting AI in charge is a terrible idea. Does it ever work in the movies? Maybe the government needs to take notes from Terminator and I Robot even the parts of the Matrix bc if we give AI too much power that's just a recipe for disaster. It might be a much better and easier way to go out of we were just hit by a huge asteroid instead of going to war with AI bc i highly doubt that would be a war we would never win.
