We immediately need to turn all the AI power we can muster on the question of how we redesign our economic and social structure in a way that will result in mass abundance, wealth and mental health and happiness in a world where AI does all the work. This is NOT a problem that human brains or governmental bureaucracies can possibly solve. We are wielding AI, and that is precisely like chimps wielding pistols. We can’t possibly conceive of the dangers of such a thing.
