This is nonsense. LLMs are still instantaneous per each request. All of their agency is specifically human designed, through software created the old fashioned way. There is no “on” for a language model.
When ai changes the world for the worse, it will be due to specifically maligned actions on the behalf of the wealthy and powerful. This is typical cnn subterfuge.
Also, if you can’t tell that rosenblatt is playing a fictitious character in this interview, you should concern yourself with simpler issues.
