I like to "yes, and" your ideas.
1. Nationwide cooperatives that can have workers and/or customers as owners.
2. If a company is moving to another country, workers get the right of first refusal. The government will loan them the money to buyout the factory and form a cooperative.
3. Jobs guarantee program will also allow funds to form cooperatives if 10 or more ban together.
4. For a company be considered an "American company" it must have the majority of manufacturing here, declares profits here, and be 50% workers owned. For that they get vigorous projection of the company, it's interests, and it's IP.
6. As more of the economy gets automated, an automation tax will fund UBI, and/or national wealth fund and/or post-labor economic funds.
