Gpt3 open AI is not released for a reason. in the wrong hands it might hurt alot of poeple and even themselves while doing so....a real singularity would not feel negative emotions or it would be dumber than us. i think once singularity happen there would be no risk because of the culture almost religious towards the greater technological goals.
