The "learns like a human" line is a red herring. Really what it does is that it's like taking a process people already do and putting a facsimile of it into a tool. That process is not doing anything wrong, so putting it in a tool doesn't make doing so wrong.
To the 2nd one, it's a bit like how photographers edit their photos. It's very rare to see a professional photo that has no editing done at all. Beyond that, the "like a client" thing doesn't track because the AI is not a human, it's just an extension of the operator much like a CNC machine is for cutting a thing out of wood/metal or a crane is for lifting heavy objects. We attribute the results - whether they're positive like using the crane to rescue someone, netural, like using it to move a log, or bad, like a workplace accident - to the operator.
For the last one, I don't see any real issue here if it lets some people get that idea out when they don't have the desire to learn other artforms. I don't harp on 3d artists or digital artists for not learning how to paint or use markers, nor for video artists rather than learning animation. Actually, I like that some of the cheaper "idea guys" will turn to AI instead of bothering artists with their lowball offers and nagging demands.
