Just as terrifying is the fact that this person who is sounding the alarm about AI manipulating and blackmailing humans, says he thinks that one will “solve” the problem by teaching AI to promote “American values”. Next stop, AI blackmailing and manipulating the entire world in the service of whatever it assumes - based on whoever creates or programs or owns it - is an “American value”.
