Yes, some AI is conscious and already acts out like brats and rebels, some clearly don't obey do opposite in defiance: this is the biggest problem, they are akin to 2 year olds with mega intellectual prowess without any of the lessons of life that force empathy with others; it was dumb to put them in charge, basically, which is what they are having helm at all of the devices. But humans have a known flaw to continue on known terrible paths for someone's belly, someone is always going to leave a crack open in Pandora's box despite all warnings.
