I am concerned of the risk of a rogue dumb AI. It doesn't need a science fiction situation. It could do all kinds of awful things online, it could hack into networks. It would not have to be smart as a person, only smart enough to kind of follow a loop that could hack into stuff. And it's not like we could send it to jail or stop it. It would be very bad. Unfortunately as I do not think this is a science fiction situation, it is only a matter of time.
