Listen, I can see the good, and I can see the bad in all types of AI. I only see AI as a tool that can ASSIST a person so said person can do a project a little easier, but straight up using it to avoid doing any of the hard work that makes it YOURS? Gross...
If AI wasn't also harming the environment, I could see it being less hated on.
I may have very little hope for my art getting better thanks to my very low motivation, attention span and perfectionism, I will NEVER use AI to call myself an artist. I'd rather not be able draw anything at all for the rest of my life than use it to cheat.
