Fundamental issue is that these companies do not have enough competition to drive prices lower. If AI reduces the cost to deliver a service, competition should bring it down if it wasn't artificially being kept up. These CEOs are going to reap the rewards but their ability to compete will need to be more nimble especially when there are fewer people that can actually pay the previous price for their services. AI will need to be driven down to the small businesses for the competition to happen and for the cost of services correction to happen.
