How would mobile phone and seat belt cameras treat the situation where no hands are on the wheel? Also how would police and cameras know this was a supervised self driving vehicle? Re driving in tunnels, my euro car just uses last gps position and works out where it is from distance travelled and acceleration. It doesent need the gps
