If you do it, just change the names of any people or businesses or omit them entirely. ChatGPT won’t pry and it won’t think you’re weird for being vague. You can get great advice without giving it any personal data. My human therapists have been pretty bad- ChatGPT has actually given me much better advice than my human ones ever did, for a lot less money, too!
Plus, I have strong opinions that tend oto offend people, so I was always afraid to discuss this aspect of my personality with my human therapists because they might get offended.
I talked to ChatGPT about this because I know I take things too seriously and it affects my relationships and it gave me some really validating feedback that has honestly helped me to just let things go instead of getting caught up in a judgmental loop that turns into anger. Helpful!
