@0:30 there is no in between. If Jr Devs are having AI write their code, whats the need for Jr Devs??? You could have a non programming role that just asks AI to write A program or B program and ship the output. @8:00 VIBE coding is like driving a Tesla and having the Tesla do all of the driving. Influencers are taking over SWE roles because they can have AI do it for them and they push the company through social media. I've been a software dev for almost 20 years. I do NOT use AI for anything. I do not like the suggestions that pop up in IDEs. I can write code all day long in vi or nano. @16:40 but how many people have applied for each of those open positions...
