The clip from Hotel Transylvania is a lot more dynamic. You can tell the one on the right is AI simple because her eyes are almost frozen. There are so many more minute movements in Mavis' face than the AI lady which gives her a lot more life. That's the biggest difference here. There is intentionality behind even the smallest details that really bring a shot to life, and AI just doesn't have that capability.
