It's really pretty simple... The only requirement to be met for something to be art is for you to create it lol. You don't create anything when you generate an image. It's not art, it can't be art and it never will be art. Can you USE it to make art? Absolutely, but that would be an artist and they wouldn't *need* the AI to do it in the first place. Also, in regard to disabled people... AI CAN be a powerful tool to help them create art... by doing things like empowering prosthetics, giving them more mobility etc etc. That's what these people need to focus on if they actually care abotu disabled people (they don't)
