Ai cant do anything unless its told to do it. Meaning someone has to say attack. Considering we have had people with their finger on the button now for decades I dont think Ai is the threat, its simply the weapon. Only fools or someone mentally ill would program an Ai to start a war by itself, sadly I think such a person exists.
