AI was the only source of the information I could get to achive one of my health objectives, but it's nowhere near a know-it-all and will try to please you regardless. You need to KNOW what you're doing, research it, and if using AI, try using more than one and research the compounds. And remember AI does not have perception of time, so if something is tolerated once, doesn't mean its tolerated repeteadly (case in point) and still research the information given. Useful, but as an additional tool. To be honest I had more info from AI then from GP.
