I would answer that question from the intro: What I have that AI doesn’t is the human spirit and the human touch. In my former career as a drummer, we saw a LOT of jobs eliminated by electric programming that working musicians used to do, and that forced players to evolve and work harder. Whether learning the tech as an accoutrement to live performing, or in shear ability. I foresee the same thing happening as designers. Adapt, evolve, and improve or get crushed. AI will never replace the human soul, or at least not in my lifetime. I do feel for young designers just starting out today, because many won’t ever learn the old ways of strategic aspect of designing. 😢
