Only diagnostic jobs will be affected to some extent if at all. Because we will still need radiologists & pathologists to approve the findings on paper with govt frameworks in place till then. Procedural work cannot be taken over by AI fully. It will only help. AI can potentially become an existential threat and hence the world will put in place all the necessary regulations to prevent such things atleast in the healthcare sector.
