I mean duh, they’ve been mining personal data on us for decades now. Facebook actually came out the day after lifelog, a proposed darpa program, was cancelled that would track a person’s entire life: communications, online activity, location, purchases, photos, biometrics. You don’t need to have it passed when us citizens do it willingly.
