Self-Driving anything is a problem. Musk even said that our roads and infrastructure were not created for robots. Would people still be upset about not having trucking jobs if infrastructure was set up in a way that could transport goods from port to store without roads? After all, truckers do have a very low life expectancy.
All I'm saying is that humanity SHOULD embrace innovation and a better way of getting things done more efficiently, but self driving trucks on the road with human drivers in smart cars and motorcycles is NOT the answer. This is nothing more than rich people doubling down on a very bad idea.
