This idea that AI will become more intelligent than people is the issue here. Hell the premise is wrong, it's not even intelligent now. It's built on plausibility, as in what is the average internet user's response to a given question. It's not built on whether a solution works or what the mechanisms are behind something.
It has it's uses, but in no universe is this technology the one that'll reach super-intelligence.
