The scary thought is it won't just be for quadcopters soon. It won't take long before they start putting AI in submarines. You can make a much smaller submarine that travels the world if you don't have to support humans on board. A robot trolling the depths deciding who lives and who dies sounds like a pretty draconian future to me.
