When comparing the prices, I think there should be a third category - art commissions.
Because while learning to draw is the cheapest of them all, it will take a very long time until someone will be able to produce the result he will be satisfied with, while the AI "art" will be produced immediately. And if someone wants to get like 3-5 pictures in amount of time that it will take a professional to create them, but not longer, they would be more likely to commission it rather than make it themselves.
Edit: And for a bonus point, this could work as an another argument that there is no ARTIST in "AI artists", because instead of commissioning a real person, you commission a computer (which "commissions" real people).
