Yea the majority of people are not using it correctly and this is because of the need for limbic resonance. Tick tock and Instagram provides this quick fix' the split screen ASMR on youtube, its all planned to affect the brain in a negative way and keep individuals transfixed and atomised. Use AI to grow with whatever project you have. If it writes a letter then it does so by you writing the letter first, not by command. It should be an extension of ourselves, not a replacement.
