I am very concerned about the rate of ai development running circles around legislators, I genuinely hope that we figure out how to actual control AI a bit better, if anyone has actually seen the size of modern AI models, with billions and billions of nameless parameters(neurons), sort of similar to how looking at a photo of a human brain tells you nothing about their capabilities, intelligence, whether or not they are sentient, etc
Humans evolved in a different way to ai, so they will think differently, AI do not feel emotions like fear and cannot be claimed to act like a rational person,
I haven't even gotten a chance to try GPT-4, and at this rate they might have GPT-5 out before I do
