If the tax money in America wasn't going to keep foreign nations from collapsing we would have most of those things already. Most of our operational costs are covered by debt and most foreign aid isn't going to pay it off and most tax money is leaving the country.
Liechtenstein has 100% free public transportation with an economy per capita that is smaller than the US economy. If America had a tax policy similar to Liechtenstein 80 nations would collaspse, dozens of wars would not be their problem anymore, and American citizens would have a basic universal income founded by robot labor and taxes because we would just have that much money.
