I've got a solution. If such a scenario arises the self-driving car should take no action if the outcome is injuring drivers of other cars or any motorcyclist. The passengers of self driving cars should suffer the accident because of "fate" or "karma" and whoever put the boxes in the truck should be held accountable and punished. *SIMPLE*
