Thank you for pointing out that this data center *isn’t* AI-specific. Of course, regional computing/data hubs make sense these days as infrastructure builds out. However it seems companies/local governments better get it through their heads that *where* they’re built and who *pays* for them is a far bigger concern than they want to admit.
