I can't see at all how AI seeing an image and trying to understand it for the purposes of better understanding art styles for future prompts is any different than a human doing that with their own eyes. AI art isn't coming from a thinking, sentient thing. Blaming AI for copyright infringement is like blaming Photoshop instead of the user
