Same exact issue is having at my company. Even seasoned developers are relying wayyy too much on AI. There are bugs everywhere we are drowning in them. I want to scream at the next person who tells me we need to be integrated with AI more. Also its never the people doing a significant part of the actual work that are vibe coding or promoting it. Sure my core team uses it to speed up some processes, but no one is at all fully relying on it.
