This new hire is definitely not any threat, because he sounds like a baby trying to run before he can walk. But real threat is someone who actually knows how to use the AI tool, I had smart co-workers leverage Claude code and becoming wearing all hats, their productivity triples because they AI now complements their weakness in skills.
