> Please. I dare any of these corps to actually replace their workforce with AI. They'll be bankrupt in a week. You're right. I work in an ad-tech company. Lots of devs, CSM, TAM, Data analysts... We are continuously making more money (currently $100M/y, should be twice next), but we are not hiring. AI didn't replace us, but it's making a growing part of the job in every service. Not the most important parts for sure, but everything that can reliably be done with AI is now done with AI. It's maybe 10%, maybe 20% of the work, and it's growing. I'm saying this because it means my company should have hired 20% more people to achieve what they're doing today. Those people lost their job to AI. It's real, and it's dangerous to pretend otherwise. We should prepare ourselves.
