Chiming in as another litigation attorney: Andrew Yang is a blatant liar. No AI can reliably write motions, it is not even close, certainly not a motion which would take an associate a week. It can't even do reliable research yet, and frankly I doubt it ever will. Litigation is a zero sum game, which means that 90% accuracy isn't an A-, it's a loss. At least if there is a skilled human the other side ready to pounce.
