While probably true in this case, the entire point of an LLM vs a scripted chat bot is that it CAN interpret vague, imperfect human language. If you need to enter a store number, there's zero reason for this to be AI. Chatbots have been able to do that for decades. I had to create a bot for my job. Basically you can loosen it's parameters so that it can connect its fixed number of FAQ style answers to a greater range of questions. This one is a shitty script. Now, don't get me wrong. Even good ones suck compared to humans. But this one sucks pretty bad as these things go.
