Have you ever talked to customer service? 9/10 they are totally useless (nothing against them their job is freaking nuts). If you have a look around it’s happening all over. Most companies have had Chatbots to reduce traffic to their customer service for years.
They’re now replacing the majority of their customer service with much more powerful bots
