The difference is that the algorithm can pretty accurately infer what the person would look like naked based on full body shots, hair color, complexion, facial features, body type, etc. People are not all that genetically unique when it comes to physical appearance, so the odds are that the neural network has been trained on the nude body of many people that look very similar to you.
